Cooking ol' Bessie


Last night, while most of America slept, I cooked a turkey with suggestions from my Mom. I also made the stuffing from giblets, red pepper, onion, garlic, croutons, and apple. It might at first seem like a nasty thing to cut the giblets but you put them in your stuffing every year.
I cooked it at 400F for the first two hours and then 200F for the rest of the night/ thanksgiving day. After going to a movie and a hike me and my Mom will find out how good it is.
